Teamwork often gets overlooked - and an overlooked team is one that doesn’t deliver good results, but does deliver dissatisfaction and trouble. For a team to succeed, the people in it need to communicate effectively with each other, build their relationships and continually practice and question the ways in which they co-operate together and what more could be achieved.
