Julie has worked with business owners, leaders and entrepreneurs for many years. I have first-hand experience of starting, growing, and selling a business and can easily empathise with the stresses of being the managing director. I can recognise the growing pains of a small business striving to grow or growing too fast and help to pinpoint the areas in need of change.

I typically work with businesses already turning over £.5 million + and employing staff either full-time or as associates. I have worked across a variety of Business Sectors including Hi-Tech, Biotech, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Consulting, Publishing, and Recruitment.
