I have considerable experience of managing the whole employment cycle from recruitment and selection through, performance management, development and promotion to exit. As a business owner I have first-hand experience of recruiting and developing high calibre staff and know how costly mistakes can be. Assessments can really help guide this process by focusing on matching individual competencies to required job competencies.
I am accredited to use a number of world-leading assessment tools including MBTI and Saville Consulting products. I can also supply exercises and case studies for assessment and development activities.

The Myers Briggs® Instrument has been used in practical applications for more than 60 years. It is the most trusted and widely used assessment in the world for understanding individual differences. Knowing your personality type can assist you with career planning, advancing your career or making a career change. I often use this assessment at the start of one-to-one coaching or as an introduction in team coaching assignments. It also makes a great team building fun ‘away-day’ exercise.
