Julie Horne is an experienced leader, consultant, and coach with broad experience in a variety of business and public sectors.

Following an early career in training and careers publishing, she co-founded a successful Cambridge innovation consultancy. For 17 years she consulted with senior scientists, strategists and policy makers from business, universities and the public sector; and led a team of consultants and associates from the Cambridge Science Park offices.

Julie is a director for Cambridgeshire Business Ltd (Formally a Business Link contract holder), a mentor for the 'Year in Industry' Programme; and an 'Entrepreneur in residence' for Anglia Ruskin University. She is qualified NLP practitioner; a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) accredited trainer and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Assocation for Coaching.
